Terms and Conditions for Melodia Sounds

Welcome to Melodia Sounds. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our services, including brand development, public relations, digital content creation, event promotion, and strategic partnerships within the music industry. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Melodia Sounds offers a range of specialized services for musicians, artists, and music-related businesses, including:

3. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide timely and accurate information, feedback, and materials necessary for Melodia Sounds to perform the agreed-upon services. This includes, but is not limited to, access to relevant assets, approvals, and communication channels. Delays caused by the Client may result in adjustments to project timelines and costs.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for services will be detailed in the individual service agreement or project proposal. Unless otherwise stated, all invoices are due within 14 days of receipt. Melodia Sounds reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payments are not made according to the agreed schedule. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless specified otherwise.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for services rendered, Melodia Sounds will transfer to the Client intellectual property rights to custom content created specifically for the Client (e.g., press kits, bios, social media assets). Melodia Sounds retains intellectual property rights to its proprietary tools, methodologies, and general knowledge. The Client warrants that all materials provided to Melodia Sounds do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information exchanged during the course of providing or receiving services. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Melodia Sounds will perform its services with reasonable care and skill. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from our services, such as chart positions, sales figures, or media placements. To the extent permitted by law, Melodia Sounds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of our services.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate a service agreement by providing written notice as specified in the individual agreement. Upon termination, the Client shall pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination. Melodia Sounds reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the Client breaches these Terms and Conditions or the service agreement.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

10. Amendments

Melodia Sounds reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
